Explore a monochromatic approach, emphasizing form and texture, along with brushwork and pattern, using colored slips. Demonstrations and offerings include throwing on the potter’s wheel and hand forming techniques. If you’ve never worked with red clay, this class is an ideal introduction to the richness and tradition of red earthenware.
