Dahlias are exquisite flowers to photograph and going to the source on a sunny afternoon is a perfect opportunity to capture their beauty. Besides photographing a variety of dahlias in a local garden, we’ll also have cut flowers with various surface backgrounds for photographing in natural light. Directions to the dahlia garden will be emailed to registered participants. Please bring your camera with manual settings. A tripod and macro gear are optional, but recommended. 

Prerequisite: Familiarity with your camera that is capable of manual exposure.

Are you interested in making several cyanotype images at September’s South Street Print Fest and want to learn how to enhance your pieces using hand coloring techniques and collaged elements? This workshop is for you! Workshop tuition will cover your cyanotype registration and materials for the Sept 26 event and it will also support your workshop supplies the next day. Tuition is a per person rate even if you choose to participate in the event as a group. No experience necessary.
