(A) MIX-AND-MATCH CREATURE BOOK

In this afternoon session we will make a spiral bound flipbook full of animal and/or creature illustrations, which will be split into sections so that the artists can mix and match different combinations. A dragon with the body of a penguin and the legs of a giraffe? The possibilities are endless!

(D) CREATURE BOOK, TOTE DESIGN & PHOTO

Sign-up for all three workshops and explore creature book illustration, tote bag design, and pinhole photography for one Saturday each month this winter for a reduced rate.

(B) DESIGN YOUR OWN TOTE BAG 

Customize your own tote bag with hand-drawn/-painted designs. Create button pins from drawings or other 2D media to personalize it even further! All materials will be provided, but students are welcome to bring in sketches or designs if they have an idea ahead of time.

(C) PINHOLE CAMERA PHOTOGRAPHY

Spend the afternoon making your own camera and continue the fun in our wet darkroom for making prints. This project is the beginning of photographic history and will take some engineering skills to be successful.
