Join us in this fun and functional coaster class where you will learn the basics of wet felting. Using soap and water learn how to turn wool into fabric in this beginner friendly course. With each coaster you create you will learn a new technique such as color and design, adding embellishments, nuno felting (felting on silk), creating a picture, and felting a circle. Through this process you will also learn how to calculate shrinkage, which wools to use, how different materials interact with each other, and much more. So come test the waters and learn some new skills with wet felting.
