STORY VESSELS 

In making art we tell stories. Myths, fairy tales, and even our dreams, are replete with archetypal characters, whimsical and fantastic settings, and material that sets the imagination on fire. The focus of this class will be on building ceramic vessels of various shapes and sizes that tell stories and instructor led discussions on ideas and potential projects. Students will have the opportunity to work with traditional as well as non-traditional finishing techniques utilizing waxes, polishes, and acrylics.
