Steamroller Printmaking Day At KIA
The KIA is hosting its first-ever Steamroller Printmaking day!
Using a large asphalt roller as a printing press, vibrant large-scale prints will be produced in September from relief carvings. Participants will have the opportunity to make prints that are 3' wide and up to 6' long from plywood blocks carved in advance.
Timeslots will be reserved for September 28 on a first-come, first-served basis. To participate, you must complete this form, carve your block independently, and bring it to and from the site. Your block must be 3' wide and between 2' to 6' long. More information regarding the event and time reservation confirmations will be shared with registered community printmakers as the event gets closer. Visit the KIA website for additional details.
