PILATES WORKSHOP
Come engage in a more gentle yet still beneficial form of Pilates, called mat Pilates. Improve core strength and endurance while increasing general flexibility. Options for modifications make it fun and effective for any individual skill level. Please bring a thick Pilates mat or two or more yoga mats for extra padding.
