This six-week class is designed as an introduction to meditative stitching. Students can expect to design and stitch a small fiber piece using simple techniques such as a running stitch and raw edge appliqué. This approach can produce beautiful and peaceful compositions, each a unique reflection of the designer. Materials will be provided but participants are welcome to bring favorite pieces of fabric or thread.
