Keum-Boo is an ancient Korean gilding technique used to apply thin sheets of gold to silver. Learn how to apply Keum-Boo foil to a fine silver sheet using easily accessible household items. Supply kits will be shipped the week of March 7. Students must provide the following tools: solid surface hot plate, 2 glass jars, tweezers, and an agate burnisher (optional).
