Myths, stereotypes and misinformation are often at the heart of discrimination, harassment and violence against LGBTQ+ individuals. Tracy Hall, Interim Executive Director at OutFront Kalamazoo, will share how increased knowledge and understanding about the LGBTQ+ community is often the first step in reducing and eliminating discrimination. Tracy Hall has been part of OutFront Kalamazoo in a variety of roles over the last 13 years. Prior to becoming the interim Executive Director, she served on their Board of Directors. Tracy was also hired as the organization’s first Director of Programs and was in the role from 2010 to 2012.
