FINISHES FOR SCULPTURE

Visiting Artist: Darla Jackson

This course, co-taught by painter Paul Romano and sculptor Darla Jackson, will cover using cold patina techniques to finish sculpture in unconventional ways. Learn the importance of building up layers when finishing work and how to emphasize textures using color. The class will also focus on using finishes to enhance the concept behind the work and the role that color plays in sculpture.
