Get the Picture: A Mind-Bending Journey among the Inspired Artists and Obsessive Art Fiends Who Taught Me How to See by Bianca Bosker

Bianca Bosker takes a deep dive into the art world, examining the way we see and experience art in this funny and gripping memoir. Bosker investigates how and why art takes hold of our senses, even our person in such different and profound ways, looking at perspectives from gallerists, collectors, curators and artists. This is a fantastic book for all who appreciate art. If you have ever looked deeply at a piece of art or felt moved by art or wondered “why does art matter?”--this book will resonate with you. Bosker takes your hand on this journey and won't let you go until the last word. The breadth and depth of Bosker’s exploration leaves no stone unturned or canvas unstretched.
