ADVANCED POTTER’S WHEEL

A studio class for the accomplished thrower, with an emphasis on techniques of designing, forming and finishing. Fundamental skills will be reinforced, while advanced techniques of sectional pots, altering, forming spouts and lids will be explored. Surface decoration and glazing will keep your work unique.  Discussions will foster individual improvement and encourage experimentation. Cone 10 stoneware and porcelain will be used.

Prerequisite: Intermediate Potter’s Wheel
